We have found a wonderful traditional Italian family recipe for curing and marinating garlic cloves. Piccaglio is cured in vinegar and marinated in oil with chilli and herbs to give you a spicy chilli infused oil, yet a mild, sweet flavour to your garlic which is ideal eaten with salad or antipasti.
Storage/Serving: Refrigerating once opened and consume within 3 months.
Packaging: Glass jar.
