A secret blend of finely chopped black olives and garlic. We do not add anchovy to our tapenade, so vegetarians can enjoy!
Enjoy as an hors d’œuvre with baked or griddled bread or in cooking by smearing over or inside lamb, chicken or fish before roasting.
Storage/Serving: To enjoy our tapanade at its' best, we recommend refrigerating on receipt. You can refresh our tapenade by adding a dash of olive oil if it dries a little.
