This beautiful pitted Kalamata olive is the classic greek olive. Grown in the heart of the Peleponnesia region of southern Greece and cured in red wine vinegar, olive oil and brine giving a sweet flavour. Ideal as an appetizer with wine, cheese and cured meats, on pizza or in Greek salad.
Storage/Serving: To enjoy our olives at their optimum, we recommend refrigerating on receipt. Remove them from the fridge 30 minutes beforehand as best served at room temperature. Gently toss to further distribute the marinade. You can refresh our olives by adding a dash of olive oil.
