These are farm produced, mechanically pitted, olives. Therefore, we cannot guarantee them to be 100% pitted, you may encounter a small fragment of stone (although this is unlikely).
Probably stating the obvious we know, but if anyone in your household suffers from a nut related allergy we cannot be held responsible if product is opened and/or tasted by said person. We will mark outer packaging with a warning label.
We are sorry to say that presently we only accept orders for delivery to UK Mainland addresses. For all other countries please contact us.
Please be aware that the Online Stall will not despatch any orders during weekends and Bank Holidays, due to postage restrictions.
We do not store your Credit Card information. Payment details are collected, processed and held by PayPal.
The information provided on this website from our partners and other third parties are correct to the best of our knowledge.

Data we collect
If you wish to contact us or place an order online we will need to collect some personal data from you. This will include your email address, name, address and telephone number. It is our promise that we will only use this information to contact you regarding any specific enquiry received, or to discuss any difficulties we may have in fulfilling any order requirement.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988, we will never pass your personal details on to any third parties.
We have set two delivery options for your convenience:
1st Class Royal Mail - Orders to one specific address have a £3.50 delivery charge. It is possible your order will not fit through your letter box, in which case you will be required to collect from your nearest Royal Mail Sorting Office. As our olives are marinated fresh to order, it is recommended that you collect at your earliest convenience.
Click & Collect - we have provided an option to order and pay online, but collect your goods from our stall on Warwick Market on Saturdays. For this service, your order should be placed by 3.30pm on a Friday for collection between 8am-3.30pm on Saturday. Address: Market Square, Warwick CV34 4SA
Our aim is to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday. During peak times this may not be possible, but if we are aware of any difficulties we will contact you immediately to discuss alternatives.
Our website is hosted in the UK and as such any data collected is therefore held within the UK. Your data will not be passed outside the European Economic Area.
